Deposit conditions at FBS

With FBS, you can deposit money into your account through local banks, various online payment providers (Neteller, PerfectMoney, etc.), bank cards, etc. Some payment providers may charge a commission, but FBS compensates the commission, so deposits with most providers are free for the clients. FBS does not charge any additional fees or commissions, either.

Here is what you need to know about deposits at FBS:

How to deposit money

FBS offers two options for our clients to deposit money:

• FBS mobile app
  FBS has developed an all-in-one mobile application that makes balance management and trading straightforward, user-friendly, and fast. We recommend using the app for balance management, including deposits.

• Trader Area at FBS.com
  For those users who prefer doing everything on the desktop, there is an option to do everything in any web browser.

The exact steps you will follow to deposit money depend on the payment provider you choose to make a deposit. Overall, you will proceed as follows.

FBS mobile app

1. Make sure you use a real account (not a virtual one). If needed, switch to your real account:
   - On the Trade tab, click the name of your current primary account in the upper left corner.
   - In the Select primary account pop-up window that opens, choose the real Standard account you want to use for trading.
   - Confirm your decision using the Change account button.

   

2. Go to the Funds tab and click Deposit.

3. Choose one of the payment options supported in your country and follow the on-screen instructions.

Most payment providers process deposits to trading accounts instantly. However, some local banks may process payments for 15—20 minutes (but no longer than 48 hours). It means that your money will be available for trading instantly or in a few minutes in most cases.

Trader Area on the website

1. Go to FBS.com and click the LOG IN button in the upper right corner.

   

2. Log in with your email and password.

3. On the Dashboard, select your real account from the drop-down list (it should be labeled as Standard).

   

4. Click the red Deposit button for your account.

5. Choose one of the payment options supported in your country and follow the on-screen instructions.

   

Is ID verification necessary?

The short answer is YES. As a reliable broker, FBS needs to know its clients, just as banks need to know their clients. ID verification is available in the FBS mobile app and in the Trader Area on the desktop.

To start trading with real money, you first need to pass verification. Express verification only involves specifying your full name and birth date and is sufficient to deposit and withdraw up to $2,000.

For unlimited functionality, you will need to pass standard verification. It involves providing your document and takes 7 minutes on average for our specialists to review the document and confirm your identity.

How to use your deposit for trading

Once you complete the deposit process, the money will appear in your trading account. You will see your account balance change both in the FBS mobile app and in the Trader Area on the desktop. Remember that the processing time depends on the payment provider selected, and some banks may process payments up to 48 hours.

Your FBS account can be used for trading in the FBS mobile app that we have developed to enhance and streamline your trading experience on the go. You can also use it in the MetaTrader 5 trading platform on desktop or mobile devices.
